enabled the company to progress this installation. Monica is the best trainer and onsite support I have ever had the pleasure to meet, works past midnight most nights,
works through lunches, and offers solutions to problems before we have a problem. I have worked for many Hotels such as 5* Lowry, Moat house Hotels, Belfry House Hotel
etc and have been through this process many times but never had the confidence and efficiencies in the installation that Monica provided. A real gem to your company *****
I have already booked Monica to return for refresher training in two months time.

- Brett trained our staff when we first started with Epitome. I liked the way he explained things so much that when it came time for me to receive additional training for my promotion I requested Brett,if possible. I was told at first that he wasn't available, but then Todd Capone called me personally to inform me that he was available. Todd could have just e-mailed me, but instead took the time to call, that means a lot. I was so relieved because I already felt comfortable with Brett's training style. Not only did Brett better prepare me for my new position, but he provided me additional materials (training handouts, user manuals) that I have already found useful.

- "Having an on-line help service is of a great benefit to us. We are located in the Pilbara and operate a very busy 500+ room Motel predominately looking after the Resource Sector. Unlike most service Centres that operate on EST we have been able to troubleshoot at odd hours and receive the help that we need. The response time for Softbrands is great and the Customer Service excellent.
